The last three weeks have been absolutely horrid, I got told my brother had cancer; it was a severe blow for us all.
A week later he was operated to remove the lump but we didn’t know if it had spread or not or if chemotherapy was necessary, luckily I was told yesterday that they got it all out and chemo isn’t needed, what a big relief and the BEST early birthday gift one could ever get. And he is feeling well, though of course he’s sore after the major surgery, but he jokes like always so that’s awesome!
Also I was told the same day that my litterateur teacher (gave him an essay I had written) said that he could get his friends, whom happen to be writers, to read and comment it too and give tips and so.

Then today, not an hour ago, my art teacher came up and told me that he had talked to a magazine and they had asked him if there was anyone in his class that was talented and might want a job as a illustrator for them, he said yes and apparently that person was me, I am still surprised that he, out of all the people offered me this opportunity, I am really pleased and honoured of this, now there is opportunities open, on both writing and in art wise.

Also, the folks at college sang birthday song for me today XD and my workgroup (woo go workgroup 9!!!!) surprised me with cake with flags XD I was so stuffed cause it was just after lunch, but it was yummy.

It is amazing how something can change, just two days ago I was not feeling well, was worried, now, its all changed for the better, I hope it keeps up this way
